A traditional 80/20 wildflower mixture for calcareous soils and general purpose areas.

This mixture has been formulated for limestone and chalkland soils types and includes a range of species that are naturally found in these areas.

Farmers and landowners are now being encouraged to establish field margins and new areas of wildflowers which will help populations of butterflies, bees and other insects increase. This also provides habitats for game birds and other wildlife. Farmers who meet the eligibility, may be able to sow wildflowers as part of their Countryside Stewardship Scheme levels.
