• Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of field trials and demonstration sites.
• Collect, collatte and maintain trial data and field observations.
• Prepare technical sheets, trial summaries and variety comparisons.
• Provide technical support to marketing and commercial teams.
• Share trial feedback and market insight with breeding and product teams.
• Attend crop walks, open days, shows and industry events.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence working outdoors in a field-based environment.
• The ability to manage and interpret technical data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into practical messages.
Previous experience in arable trials, crop production, agronomy or technical agriculture would be beneficial, although we are equally interested in candidates with the enthusiasm, practical mindset and willingness to develop within the role. A full UK driving licence is required. BASIS, PA1 or PA6 qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
