• Lead crop monitoring, technical trials and variety evaluation programmes.
• Manage the technical trials budget and ensure effective return on investment.
• Provide technical and agronomic support to the sales and product management teams.
• Represent the business at trials, demo plots, customer events and industry meetings.
• Lead and develop the demo farm programme, ensuring it remains commercially relevant and strategically valuable.
• Strong technical and agronomic knowledge within the arable sector.
• Experience in crop trials, variety evaluation and product positioning.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support sales growth and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build credibility with growers, agronomists and industry stakeholders.
• Organised and capable of managing budgets, projects and multiple priorities.
• BASIS and/or FACTS qualification desirable.
