Customer Service Administrator

• Entry of sales orders with all necessary details including checking relevant price information

• Liaise as necessary with logistics department to maintain accurate information flow to customers

• To update customer records to ensure systems maintain their efficiency

• To promote Limagrain UK and its brands to help achieve company targets

• Working in support of designated field sales personnel to provide information, quotations, and order support to the UK customer base

• Allocation of third-party stocks

• Credit returns

• Answering telephone calls and emails

• Any other reasonable task on request

• SAP experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given
