The Opportunity

Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will be responsible for the UK’s Wholesale and Distributor commercial and relationship success . With direct responsibility for the Key Account team , the successful candidate will work with some of the largest agricultural distributors in the UK and be focussed on growing the business through delivering excellent customer relationships and professional campaign management of its market leading portfolio.

The Candidate

To be suitable for this role, candidates will need to have proven sales experience within Agriculture but more importantly a desire to manage and develop a high performing team. Whilst experience within a seed environment would be beneficial, it could realistically come from other areas of agricultural inputs, such as the fertiliser or chemical sector. You will need the skills to work across the business utilising Limagain’s extensive resources to achieve the commercial objectives. This home-based role will require national travel to be effective. This is a chance to join a business whose growth plans are showing no signs of stopping.
