Fosyma fodder beet has consistently been the highest yielding variety on farm and in trials for the last three years.
It has high dry matter, giving it excellent winter hardiness. With 40% of the root out of the ground, it is ideal for grazing or for lifting with sugar beet harvesting machinery.
Fosyma has one of the highest bolting resistance scores, so it's less likely to run to seed exposed to cold temperatures when it's drilled. So you can drill it earlier than some other varieties, leading to higher yields at the end of the year.
