Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support
• Provide technical assistance to company users across multiple sites and European countries (Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Czechoslovakia) to resolve IT Issues
• Proactively identify and resolve problems related to IT systems, software, and related equipment.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical support incidents
• Install and maintain IT peripherals remotely or on-site
• Update and maintain technical inventories of IT assets within their geographical scope
Infrastructure
• Maintain on-site servers in operational condition (Microsoft, VMWare, etc.)
• Manage LAN and WAN computer networks in coordination with access providers
• Ensure the security of IT data and infrastructure
Customer Service
• Train users on new systems and functionalities (onboarding, etc.)
• Document procedures and policies for users and IT technical teams
• Participate in the adoption of new collaborative tools through animation and support creation (webinars, IT tips, etc.)
